Project Overview
LiveRoyal LTD is a VIP-focused operator that wanted a dedicated live dealer portal capable of hosting high-roller clients with table-limit seats, private invitation-only tables, and concierge-style support. Their previous platform mixed VIPs with retail players and caused significant churn on the $20k+/bet segment.
We built a dedicated live dealer lobby that unifies feeds from Evolution, Ezugi, and two private Asia-Europe studios into a single player experience. VIP players get one-click seat booking, dedicated cocktail/wallet hotlines embedded in the lobby, and a 3D studio viewer with table-side camera switching.
VIP average bet size increased 3.1x after launch, and private-table revenue hit $4.1M in the first full quarter.
